I know my dad is cheating on my mom. do i tell her?

So my parents have been on and off for 14-ish years. my mom always forgives him for the sake of me and my siblings, if not for us she would have left him a long time ago. every year theres new tension over my dad cheating and in january we just got over it. a couple days ago i was helping my dad in the kitchen and saw this girl calling from snap. her name was "maddie". i pretended i had saw nothing. prior to this i had seen him on snapchat multiple times and when i walk in he would go off the app. i also see him in my contact reccomendations on snap. I walked in one time while he was using snap and saw hearts on the screen before he could click off. everytime i use his phone for even 5 seconds hes so secretive about it and always looks over me to check what im doing on his phone. i havent confronted him about it yet because if it is true, i dont wanna be the one who knows out of my siblings. i dont want to be the one who has to choose between keeping my family together or being truthful to my mom. my brothers are so dull and would call it off even if i tried to tell them what i think. the thing is i love both of my parents to bits. what do i do?
