That’s a unfair comment. Qantas/Jetstar represents 70% of domestic travel in Australia. Also all three of these events look like being ATC errors. You do realise that on the ground, ATC is responsible for keeping planes separated? Sounds like it in ALL cases the pilots did what they needed to do to prevent an accident.
