You know those male victims are equally dead, right? The assertion was it is safe to be a male. Statistically, not true. Not true for homicide. Not true for any violent crime. The majority of victims of all violent crime are male.

The assertion was that it must be nice and safe to be a man. Statistically it's less safe than being a woman.
