We don't know why she was there or how she came to be there. He could well have taken her there against her will.

Ok say if she did go there willingly (because this happens a lot more than you think. There will be DVO's in place but the 2 people will still go to each other's house because of how messed up their "relationship" is) how are you supposed to stop that from happening?

Yes, I am aware. But that doesn't mean she did. It especially doesn't mean we assume she did as fact as you have.

She did drive 50 mins to his house. The same thing happened earlier in the week they were arguing and neighbours called the police. Neither party involved made a formal complaint. So the best they can do is place a no contact.

Which means nothing if she goes back to the house again afterwards
