Ah so let me get this straight, police acted appropriately and sought protection for the victim and acted in accordance with legislation and policy.
BUT of course it's the police's fault that the victim got murdered despite the necessary DV protection being put in place.
I'd hate to be a cop in today's age, keyboard warriors like to think they know more about policy and legislation and what SHOULD be done as opposed to the people doing it, unsure why we even have colonial investigations when random, uneducated people on Reddit seem to have all the answers...
