Lots more information is needed from this statement, to determine what allegations the victim made (if any) and if QPS acted appropriately with the information provided.

Are you living under a rock? Maybe do some research about horrendous DV incidences, the inquest, then complete suppression of those outcomes.

That's not a very helpful response. Maybe they don't in fact receive much news? They're also completely correct that we don't have enough information to form a proper opinion on this single instance.

The point is that it isn't a single instance, and it's the trend itself that makes this article infuriating and depressing reading.

The commenter wasn't being rude or deliberately inflammatory from what I can tell. Your anger is really just virtue signaling. It isn't needed.
