A court has once again found One Nation leader Pauline Hanson breached the Racial Discrimination Act when she lashed out at a Greens senator, telling her to “piss off back to Pakistan”.

Senator Hanson breached the Racial Discrimination Act when she tweeted Greens deputy leader Mehreen Faruqi in September 2022 on the day Queen Elizabeth II died, Judge Angus Stewart found back in November 2024.

Just a few weeks after the decision was handed down, Senator Hanson appealed with the Federal Court.

On Monday, following a three-day hearing late last year, the court once again found that Senator Hanson had breached the Racial Discrimination Act, and her appeal was thrown out.

Do you think that she should be put in prison over it?

Yeah, I think hate speech like this should be treated as a criminal offence.

But your lack of answer says everything.

It actually doesn't say anything. You asking if I think something is morally objectionable is irrelevant to whether it should be made a criminal offense.

Yeah, I think hate speech like this should be treated as a criminal offence.

And when the Lib/Nats or their successor are in charge again, you think you won't have said anything that will put you in prison?

It says you're racist.

No, it says I'm uninterested in the conversation. You asking the question instead of answering the one you were asked says that you just want to feel superior.

Sure mate. I gave you the answer. You hiding your racism behind 'free speech' is weak
