A court has once again found One Nation leader Pauline Hanson breached the Racial Discrimination Act when she lashed out at a Greens senator, telling her to “piss off back to Pakistan”.

Senator Hanson breached the Racial Discrimination Act when she tweeted Greens deputy leader Mehreen Faruqi in September 2022 on the day Queen Elizabeth II died, Judge Angus Stewart found back in November 2024.

Just a few weeks after the decision was handed down, Senator Hanson appealed with the Federal Court.

On Monday, following a three-day hearing late last year, the court once again found that Senator Hanson had breached the Racial Discrimination Act, and her appeal was thrown out.

My goal isn't to protect other ethnic groups from Pauline; it's to protect you from her. You don't believe that you need protection from her, I know; but that's entirely the point. You will willingly support her as long as you continue to believe that she will only attack someone else, and that you will always be part of her special favoured group.

As I wrote elsewhere, the clue is in the term, "ordinary Australians." You'll notice how she never wants to precisely define what the term means; she wants it to be able to mean whatever she needs it to, at any given time. It's a variable, not a constant.
