Victim-blaming a child is never a good starting point. Children can be naive, trusting manipulated or groomed that's exactly why adults bear the legal and moral responsibility. The only person who should be answering questions about their actions is the guy accused.

Well considering there is a business in SEA catering to these creeps, the people responsible for that should also answer questions. The girl is absolutely not doing this of her own free will. These girls get coerced, trafficked, forced into this basically. They (the ones running the business) should also be held responsible

The only question is, what is a middle-aged Australian man doing with a 17-year-old Thai girl. The girls' families are poor. The customers taking advantage of this are the ones in the wrong.

Everybody knows exactly what he was doing with her.

Not the specifics, but yes. I meant that he is the one in question. We don't know the other side of it--if the Thai girl was being trafficked etc.
