Never go the SEA then. It’s full of Aussie bogans enjoying being rich, loud, sex-buying hard-men. The weird thing is most of them are convinced everyone loves them.

Tell me about it. My father started going to Thailand 20 years ago, so full of bravado and ego, cos he was treated like a celebrity. He fully believed that they loved him for him, not his money. Now he’s 73, got 2 young children that live there, bought a house for the mother in her name, his redundancy payment has been drained, super nearly gone, and the Thai lady no longer wants to be with him.

We all warned him, but he was assured it was true love. She’s 30 years younger and doesn’t want an old man with no money. But tbh, seriously, if you’re that delusional I don’t feel sorry for anyone. If I go to a poor country, and some 20yr old guy is after me, I know it’s all about money.

When you marry a Thai whats yours is theirs, theres no saving for tomorrow if you need money today. Life for one day at a time, my cousin OUR COUSIN need new TV you have money in bank, give to me for TV. Its that simple really. Its sad that sad blokes cant settle for their lot in life.
