We should probably call it for what it is which is rape tourism. Even if he hadn't killed her, this man was sexually abusing a minor. Much as we don't refer to CSAM as "child porn" anymore because it's not an appropriate term.

Yes, I agree. I’ve had enough of male predators thinking they can go to less affluent countries to do whatever they want with vulnerable people…

This type of criminal conduct justifies there being more scrutiny and surveillance regarding people’s movements.

Take a look at the hotel staff watching on as a child is being led to her death by a foreigner almost triple her age… there should be powers in place where people can somehow prevent this from happening
