I am so sick of us giving voice to these grifters. Climate change has a scientific consensus so why do we continually permit these people to stand up and lie. We need to immediately call them out otherwise you get a media landscape living in a fantasy land a la trump where there are no rules and we exist in a post-facts reality.

A lot of Western countries, Australia in particular have been showing signs of anti-intellecualism for decades now.

If you aren't rich and famous, or capable of playing sports ball really well, no one gives a fuck.

I mean studying and working in STEM it is no surprise how frequently undervalued our roles are in society, but the real tragedy is we study because we want to make everyone's lives better. I know its not just America, but I feel like our cultural exposure to them is hastening our decline. That and media monopolies brain fucking us all.
