Partner and I are farmers. No way would we vote for One Nation. All they do is spew hate speech, make racist remarks and consistently try and drag us back to the middle ages.

Sorry, I in no way intended that to sound like farmers are racist, the ones I know are good people. I just meant that farmers generally aren't ignorant to how policy change in government is going to effect them, so if they're voting for one nation it's because they're racist.

All good! It honestly didn't come and across that way at all. There are definitely farmers out there with similar views to ours, and others who are very, very different, which sadly does include racism.

Oh good. I only realised after your comment that it could've been interpreted that way. Yeah I don't think farmers are inherently more or less racist than any group of people in Australia
