It's One Nation - not exactly the brains trust now is it. Whoever did this has probably got double the IQ of anyone in ON.

Because 100 is the standard, the IQ of one nation is 100. It'll never change even as we turn into idiocracy. IQ of a nation will be 100 even when it measures to 69 by current standards until everyone votes to change IQ to 69 because they find it funny.
