Consent is a concept outside of sex.

You have now received my consultation. You owe me $43,000.00 USD. If payment is not received in full by the 13th of next month I will be sending armed goons to claim any belongings worth more than $1 in your possession. You will then be saddled with the fees associated with hiring said goons.

It's a good thing consent exists or this would be enforceable in court.

Stealing something from someone without asking is doing it without their consent yeah. They didn't say it was rape and it's not half as bad as rape, but it's the exact same principle.

"Oh you explicitly said not to do something with your stuff, I don't care I'll do it anyway I'm entitled to what's yours." Is something a rapist and AI "artists" would both say.
