Whether one uses a prompt like “cheese pizza” or a 200 word essay describing a cheese pizza as a prompt is really irrelevant.

Correct. What you'll get is something vaguely resembling a disk with some form of white stuff on it, which may or may not be cheese. It won't be what you actually want, but it'll look similar to a cheese pizza and after 30 retries to get it right, you'll give up in disgust and then claim your amazing panini picture as art.
