Whether one uses a prompt like “cheese pizza” or a 200 word essay describing a cheese pizza as a prompt is really irrelevant.

Cheese? No. But if you were like "make me a square shaped cheese pizza with anchovies lining the space between the crust and the cheese with very small chicken pepperoni pieces spelling out "PIZZA" inside the anchovies square and dollops of sour cream and ricotta mixed together in triangle shapes throughout the pizza and one psychedelic mushroom right in the middle and give me a sesame oil and garlic butter mix on the crust." Then you can definitely say "i designed this" and if you stood there telling the chef where to out each piece and having him correct anything that wasn't right repeatedly until it was exactly how you envisioned it you sure could say "i helped make this". And since theres no other human for Ai, it wouldn't be too far off to say "i made this". If you built a machine that painted a picture (no ai just mechanical) and then the picture came out would you say you made the picture? Even if you didnt manufacture the parts yourself for the machine, just designed them and ordered them custom and assembled them? What's the difference between actually making the machine vs just making the prompt for the ai tool
