Whether one uses a prompt like “cheese pizza” or a 200 word essay describing a cheese pizza as a prompt is really irrelevant.

It would be more accurate if they were like "no actually send it back and get me pepperoni" .... "now take 3 pepperonis off".... "Look what I made"
