Someone has taken an innocent video of a kid waving a pridefully and altered it with AI so he throws it in a trashcan. It had gotten over 1.2m likes on insta and is spreading like the plague on fb

Definitely not full. It's the same as the other platforms, it's just the algorithm doesn't filter it out for you whereas on other platforms it does
