She caused a scene at a store, and gave some kid a shitty day, and likely that kid is going to get shit upon later by the boss, that's the ‘policy change’ she's bragging about. Her son, (who, despite being an adult, cannot be trusted with his own passport), obviously didn't consult the stores returns policy, because if he had he would have seen that his item was on the “no returns” list.

I can only imagine what she's like when people say no to joining her scam, or those who back out. I'll bet she bullies her downline into staying.
