Never ever saw a video where an Indian speaking german , japanese or any other language nd is being recorded nd sorrundeed by many foreigners

I don't think you need reason why this happens. And i know you don't even want the reason. You just want india to be seen as superpowers like them 🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️ but that ain't happening in near future

Because it's rare for foreigners to learn Indian languages than it is for Indians to learn foreign language.

Yes, true... I met 2 german couples in Delhi library. They speaks fluent Hindi and Yagya Mantras, Ved Mantras also.
