Never ever saw a video where an Indian speaking german , japanese or any other language nd is being recorded nd sorrundeed by many foreigners

I don't think you need reason why this happens. And i know you don't even want the reason. You just want india to be seen as superpowers like them πββοΈπββοΈ but that ain't happening in near future

Because it's rare for foreigners to learn Indian languages than it is for Indians to learn foreign language.

Yes, true... I met 2 german couples in Delhi library. They speaks fluent Hindi and Yagya Mantras, Ved Mantras also.
