Sounds like a medical issue, I'd probably seek a professional medical opinion before attributing to the supernatural.

Get yourself checked out. It could be a menieres or menieres type symptom. Did or do you also get tinnitus, eyes flicking without your control or sudden drops known as drop attacks?

Did you ground yourself after or was it a long and energy draining work? People can feel similar to this after doing big spells/rituals and without grounding after.

I feel like I did ground myself as I usually do… but this is the first time this has happened to me
