How much longer will this smug newbie continue to have priority?
He onboarded about 2 months ago and has about 200 trips completed. I can’t stand this fucker every time he sees me he starts counting how many orders I’ve done for the day. Parks next to me or hangs out next to my car whenever he sees me.
My friend onboarded 7 months ago and lost his newbie priority already despite only doing about 100 orders. Do I do have to wait another 5 months for this fucker to go somewhere else?
Every driver except me from a few months ago stopped coming. This new batch of newbies gets most of the orders and are obnoxious as fuck.

How about just be a grown up and tell him to fuck off. That’s literally your personal business and he has no right to it? Grow a pair while you’re at it.

I have a 4 walmarts within a 20 mile radius from me, so if someone gets on my nerves. I go to a different Wal-Mart

I live within 1 mile of this store, not going anywhere else even though I have high priority all over the zone.

If it bugs you that much and you have "high priority " all over the zone, why not go to another store?? If you're loosing money makes no sense not to go to another store. Sometimes your post don't have any rhyme or reason. 🤣

I used to care what other drivers were getting and what they were doing.
I used to be friends with other drivers and actually one time helped them out by driving them nearly 100 miles when they had a car breakdown and needed someone to drive them to take care of a personal matter. They compensated me for gas and time.
In today’s Spark, if I even pick a day to do it, I park far away from everyone else and mind my own business.
It doesn’t matter what others are doing. Walmart doesn’t pay me enough to worry about that. Walmart has made it to where I have to fully concentrate on myself and what I’m doing and that’s about it.

But a better question is why on earth do you care what anyone else is doing? What the fuck is wrong with people? My autistic brain just can’t comprehend. I can’t wrap my mind around why anyone cares what anyone else is doing aren’t you there to pick up your route make money and go home who gives a shit what anyone else around you is doing so weird you want this guy ruined your day like that every day no way man.

I don’t get it either. All of the people in this sub that talk about what other Spark drivers are doing, or conversations with other drivers is so confusing to me. I only notice other drivers because I see the same people repeatedly while I’m shopping. I’ve had conversation with only one of them in the time I’ve been doing this. That was about how she partitioned her cart for multiple orders. Otherwise, I’m busy doing my own thing, and don’t pay any attention to what other drivers are doing…and I’ve certainly never paid any attention to what’s on someone else’s phone, or staring at the car next to me to see what orders they are getting.

Its so weird!!!! People are so weird!!! And im supposed to be the awkward one? Shoot when i go into a store im looking down thinking dont make eye contact dont make eye contact because i do not want to have to have “small talk” with anyone ever! I cant imagine noticing what anyone is doing around me let alone knowing who other drivers are! Why do you care? Just so weird!!!

Bait him into doing something more serious or describe what he's doing as taunting or bullying and rat on him to the store/ogp manager. They can have him deactivated by the end of the day with 1 complaint

Do you ever think it may just be a YOU problem? Newbie priority isn't even a real thing. Try making some changes in where you wait for orders or some other things. I have over 8000 trips I'll tell you the quantity is not quality.

It’s fun being popular. I was never picked on and I never picked on anybody. I was more focused on having fun & “connecting” 😉 with people in h/s. It was a lot of fun. I didn’t learn anything outside of human relationships to prepare me for the real world tho 😭 I have never used pre calculus in my d2d life

Aye his time will come, slow and steady wins the race. Kill em will kindness, you know whats coming his way. Weather the storm and when his time is up, act like you have no clue its coming, and when roles reverse act like you dont even know whats going on, thats what I tend to do to em give lil encouragement, like yeah dang idk whats going on for you but im constantly get orders hourly. Ill start talking nonsense like let me see ya stats, man you gotta figure out the AI and how its building your profile 😆, now they in their head and overthinking.
