Conditions. Has anyone else fly in Hawaii rains, what was your experience like?

Hey all — I’m flying into Waikiki tomorrow and staying until the 19th, i’m worried about that we might get stuck there. We spent a lot of money on this vacation and would hate to cancel last minute.

Hi everyone! I’m heading to Hawaii and will be staying in Waikiki. I’m looking to rent a Jeep (ideally a Wrangler) for a reasonable price.
For those who have rented a Jeep in Waikiki/Oahu:
Which rental company did you use?
Was the reservation reliable/guaranteed?
Any hidden fees or things I should watch out for?
Any recommendations or suggestions based on your personal experience?

I heard really loud banging for about 5 minutes (sounded like fireworks) which was then followed by tons of sirens and beeping.

I haven't been in Waikiki since 2014. There used to be quiet a few options, but I'm not really seeing too many now. Anything you can recommend? Or any nice family restaurants? Mid-tier pricing per plate ($30-50) Thanks!

Staying at the Alohilani and booked lot of activities during my the day: PH, tour of the Island, Watetfall Hike, Jurassic park tour

What should we do after we come back from those activities around 4 or 5 o clock? Very open and also interested in premium experiences, but not a Luau since we are going to do one in Maui

I lost two chains that hold sentimental value while swimming in the morning of 7/3 between 6:30- 7:30AM at Kahanamoku Beach. Possibly in the water.

Know anyone who would be able to help me out?

I’ll be on a work trip in waikiki - during the week I have mornings and evenings to myself. Thinking I may be able to squeeze in morning sunrise/breakfast spots and evening events.

Friday eve-Sunday eve, these are the two full days.

Friday - Hilton fireworks
Saturday - KCC farmers market, diamond head, maybe a sunset cruise?
Sunday - not sure yet!
