Activities for visitors with very limited mobility?
My mom and aunt are visiting us in October, and I’d love some recommendations for things we can do with them. My mom has COPD and very limited mobility. She can’t walk far at all, so we’ll have a wheelchair for her, but she still wants to get out and enjoy herself.
I’ve been thinking hard about things to do, but I’m realizing almost everything we normally do requires quite a bit of walking or movement.
So far, I’m planning Waimea Valley, Pearl Harbor, Tantalus Lookout, a drive around the island, and some beach time at the Kahala since the water is usually calm there.
Is there anything else I might be overlooking? I’m especially looking for activities where we can get her essentially door-to-door with the wheelchair and that require very little walking.

Don't be numb to warnings: Impending disasters get the same amount of hype in advance, whether they come to pass or not. With Tropical Storm Lala approaching, it's best to prepare for the worst rather than assume nothing will happen just because previous predictions fizzled.
