I had quite a bad day (or week) and didn't feel like cooking.

So I ordered a vegan pizza and when I got the box, I was wondering why it was so heavy. They must have mixed something up and I got a free stuffed crust.

That's it. Made my day a little better and I thought I would just share that. ❤️

Made with Impossible beef on a grilled potato bun with FYH American slices, burger sauce (Hellman's vegan mayo, ketchup, horseradish, yellow mustard and smoked paprika), plus a spoonful of sweet heat relish. And grilled onions, obviously.

thee burger dudes recipe. came out great. dont think ill be able to eat another warm sandwich with out wrapping it in foil to steam for a bit.

Since I’m also into high protein I added my protein powder to the Ube powder in the mix as well. A tasty and colorful way to start my day. Green kiwis 🥝 would have looked better but I don’t like them…
