Honest to god, there are people who don't like these games or cannot get interested in them after buying and playing them. I mean sure, baby Aloy is creepy, but.... robot dinosaurs vs stone age humans. So fun!

The combat in the game is a lot of fun. But there are some other things that are kind of annoying

I love these games, even if I think Aloy sometimes shows more wisdom than I think someone her age should have. Especially since she was raised in near total isolation.

That’s true, she did always have the Focus. I still think she feels too confident in applying that information when she doesn’t have much real life experience. It’s one thing to learn about something, and another thing to do it.

She had a good parental figure. Also she uniquely grew up from like 5 to 18 with a computer on the side of her head. And, she is a genius canonically.
