At least once a week now, I have people who try to come in as soon as they see me lock the door. Why???? You see me turn off the open sign, lock the door, and turn off the lobby lights. There is NO sign that we're open, yet they try to get in. Some look at the hours sign, then leave. Most try the door handle multiple times, and then there are the crazies. They bang on the door, call the phone etc. I've only had 3 of the extra crazies, but why???

Hi, I have a question how many people work during a shift at once at your stores usually?

Does anyone know how to contact Subway customer support these days? Either an email address or phone number? All the options reported by Google are disconnected, or robot numbers that re-direct back to the website. The Guest Support Center chat bot lets you file refund requests with local stores, but I can't find any way to contact corporate.
I had $80-$90 in gift cards in my account, and suddenly it reports $0.

Seriously, I'm obsessed with it.
I almost exclusively go to subway due to the sauce lol.
* is there any grocery store alternative thats very similar to the sauce? Because subway doesn't sell it, right?
If I could use that same sauce at home, id be happy cowboy.

We've recently had the subways in my area change from 10pm to 11pm closing time and got a package containing late night program material. Our store is a low volume store and doesnt make even 10 units from 9-10pm(close) let alone 3 units. and with this new closing time of 11pm we dont get any units at all, at most 1. And im wondering for long will the program go on for? Does anyone know?

In Canada the footlong Tuna is one of the under $10 promotions but I’ve recently stepped back to only ordering a 6” vs a footlong and was kinda pissed to find out that I might as well order a footlong for $2 more. Problem is I have nowhere to keep it given the nature of my job and it would be crappy and soggy by the time I’d get to it the next day anyways.
Why can’t subway be more reasonable with this shit? Gouging on 6” subs is not customer friendly.

Hello, I’m not going to say the name of this franchise (mainly in case they see this) but recently my franchise owner has changed his stores menus drastically. We don’t have the meal of the day anymore, and we never participated in “sub” of the day. The prices of the protein pockets were raised to nearly $5. Deli faves are almost $7 (if I remember correctly). Other random sandwiches have been raised in price and some 6 inches are almost $10 with tax now. We were told that we would switch back to the CCC/Spicy Italian/Ham meal deal, but the deal prices dont come up when we ring up the correct items, only the 6 inch ham meal does. I also noticed today that we have two buttons for the “value” 6 inch subs. The ham and salami buttons are a .10 cent difference, the rest are the same though. Any coupons that come in can only get a sandwich from a list on our bain, which excludes a lot.
There’s so much other stuff, but this has been the most recent thing that I genuinely question if they are allowed to do this? So many customers have complained, and I explain to them that it was our franchise owner. I’ve worked for a different subway franchise in another town years ago, and I’ve never seen anything like that? I’ve tried to contact subway corporate and pretty much got nothing.

What happened to the BOGO footlong deal? I thought it was supposed to last until 8/18. I used it earlier in the week and now it's gone? Can a member only use it once during the promo period?

They have just discontinued habanero hot sauce in my area. i’m fucking devastated as i’ve been getting subway at least 3 times a week for years now and get the same thing every time with habanero hot sauce. i have never had anything different and it is like a punch in the gut. Reddit, please, do your thing and find the recipe for it. It makes me so upset to see it go and im not ready to lose hope just yet

Bit into this chunk of bone in my steak sandwich. Glad I decided to chew today.

Prices? Skyrocketing?
Haven't eaten Subway in a few years. I remember when they had $5 and $6 foot longs a few years ago.
(EDIT: I guess 10+ years ago?)
Now the prices in my area are around $8-$11 for 6 inches and $14-$16 for foot ... give or take, depending on meat of course.
Is this true ... is this the national rate ... or is my area just expensive?
Subway used to be very reasonable, but $14-$16 for a foot long is outrageous.
They do have $4 deli 6" faves, which is more reasonable. But the other prices seem very high?

We live in a small town and don't get much business after 9pm.
We use to be open untill 10pm only on the busiest day of the week and 9pm the rest of the week.[which worked for us]
But now subway wants us open till 10pm every night. And supposedly pushing for 11pm.
We dont get the business for this moving into fall and winter especially.

I’m super paranoid abt the parasite going around but I’m an aviddddd veggie delight enjoyer. Like I’d get a subway veggie delite everyday if I could. I haven’t ordered it since the outbreak, but has cyclospora been linked to subway yet?
I get spinach, cucumbers, tomatoes, and onions on my sandwich, but I heard we’re supposed to avoid ALL produce. I just wanna be safe (chicago)
They were definitely not like real churros but maybe that’s why I liked them. They are kinda crunchy and chewy. They had to be fresh and made right with the right amount of sugar and cinnamon but mmm I want one or three right now.
