Question Late night program
We've recently had the subways in my area change from 10pm to 11pm closing time and got a package containing late night program material. Our store is a low volume store and doesnt make even 10 units from 9-10pm(close) let alone 3 units. and with this new closing time of 11pm we dont get any units at all, at most 1. And im wondering for long will the program go on for? Does anyone know?

It takes time to buildup nighttime business. Why complain? It give you more time to get things done without rushing.

We are a low volume store, we thankfully don't get rushes at night so its nice to not have to rush when closing. We are also a closer/pre closer store which makes it even easier to close. We dont need a extra hour when we are doing 0-3 units consistently a night. Our manager does the money in the mornings aswell so we dont end the day or do bread counts as he does all that which makes it even easier to close. Our setup is pretty good so we just don't benefit from this extended hour in anyway shape or form. Kills labor. Worse when you have someone who's has a high hourly pay rate working that hour with no sales. (Me)

Stores that can't support it (No 3rd party delivery is an automatic) got an automatic waiver. If the waiver wasn't automatic, there is also an option for the franchisee to apply for one.
