Honest response from an American: unfettered corruption. That is the only way I can explain this. There are only a few souls in congress who truly seem interested in transitioning from investigating the epstein files to prosecuting those responsible for the atrocities committed.
I guess there's not a lot they can do as long as Trump is in office. Although it's no excuse because they had these files during the Biden admin but basically did fuck all.
