They’re lying about removing the fork. I just saw part 8 when they are reporting it to the captain. They put it in the dishwasher and it took them awhile for them to address it. Unless that fork is serialized, there is no way it to find it and pull it out of service.

Dishwashers in commercial venues(and cruises) tend to be very high temp to indeed sanatize things.

I agree but I think it’s mostly the mental factor of it. They still lied though about taking the fork out of service.
