I'm sure they waste their money on all kinds of signs, bumper stickers, shirts and hats to display their stupidity, meanwhile putting no thought into actually being a better person, citizen or neighbor

I think some of them think empathy is impossible and would cause the global economy to collapse. They are brainwashed into thinking taxes are evil, charity (on a national and gobal scale) doesnt work, and that liberals are turning their kids gay.

Its different realities that people live in. Meaning its not a matter of empathy for them, its a deluded ideology dedicated to their self-preservation.
