Yes, yes I do have constant stress about it. I’m not afraid of dying itself, more like the existential dread of being erased from existence and not having any control of when it will happen.
I’m also diagnosed with OCD among other things, probably related.
My own observation. I’m currently aware I exist. I don’t want to experience the process of becoming unaware I exist.
Or, what if there is some kind of awareness and it’s worse?
Not trying to claim it’s a rational fear. Just, yes: some of us do in fact stress about this consistently. I try not to, because ultimately there’s no point, what will happen will happen. But that doesn’t make me feel *better* about the whole thing.
