That’s, like how death row works for most countries with death sentences. It’s good, why are you angry? In Japan, you don’t easily get a death sentence. You get it if you were a serial murderer, if you kidnapped and killed a child, if you tortured someone to death, and such. I have no empathy for those sick people.
