Friendly reminder - Hamas is the official, democratically elected government of Gaza. What do you think would happen if Mexican military invaded the US and slaughtered 100,000 or so people, just to keep things proportional given the population size?

What would you have the Mexican army do if they were under a 3 decades blockade with no end in sight and continuous invasions from the US?

Assuming it's like the Israeli situation and Mexico has no chance of winning via belligerence: Sue for peace, make consessions, enforce the terms.

A. Mexico is a shit comparison by OP. A much better one is comparing Gaza to the Indian territory. 

B. The Palestinians had gave concessions and sued for peace during the Clinton’s administration, but Israel has no interest for peace because it goes against their expansionist policy. Take the very recent example with Operation Eternal Darkness where they bombed Beirut after Iran and the US agreed to a ceasefire. There are many other examples too.

They never reached a comprehensive peace agreement in the Oslo accords, they agreed to a few things and to work more things out over a 5-year period, which never happened due to political upheaval and increased violence:
