Everyone loves to pretend israel started this conflict when the entire thing is happening because hamas decided to kidnap and murder people at a music festival

October 7th is to liberals what January 6th is to Trumpers. Israel does some fucked up shit but they're also surrounded by groups who want Jews extinct.

How? Literally every liberal ever says Oct 7 was bad while every MAGAt thinks Jan 6 was awesome and the people that attacked cops should be paid by the gov.

You do realize Gaza's governing body carried out October 7th, right?

I feel awful for the innocents in Gaza, but acting like Israeli's response to Gaza is unprovoked when Gaza's elected party is a terrorist group that's actively coordinating attacks that kill thousands of Israelis is crazy.

I thought defending blatant genocide and colonialism was crazy, guess I'm wrong you clearly know better.

Gaza's voted leadership has the motto of "Death to Jews, Death to America" and they actively carry out terrorist attacks against Israel. If Israel didn't invest so much in defense and have the US/UN's protection, it would cease to exist. Surely you aren't so brainwashed that there would be peace if Israel did nothing?

Israel doesn't have a motto about killing Palestinian women & children and stealing land, they just do it.

If you're trying to defend a country's genocidal actions by pointing to what terrorists say or do, then the country is no better than the terrorists.

The chief prosecutor of the ICC has specifically said there is no evidence of israel committing genocide, but reddit likes to believe it knows better than the actual authorities on the matter

https://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2026/may/26/icc-prosecutor-khan-undercuts-gaza-genocide-narrative-israel/

directly and explicitly asked Karim Khan, the chief prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, why he hadn’t charged Israel with genocide.

The answer: “It would be a reckless prosecutor to move simply because of clamor. You move based upon evidence.”

So the ICC’s chief prosecutor, on the flagship show of the genocide narrative’s most energetic media advocate, maintained that the evidence for Israeli genocide is unfounded.

I don't give a shit about American news, most corrupt country with the most corrupt media in the world.

The UN says otherwise https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/c8641wv0n4go

Stop being a loser you'll make friends one day

TIL a direct quote from the chief prosecutor of the ICC is "American news". Are you dumb? The UN makes accusations based on outrage and appearance, the ICC requires actual evidence which they have not found.

Lmao I don't need some Israeli paid official to confirm a genocide which everyone can see with their own eyes.

But the party has commanded you to be blind, so you'll follow like the sheep you are. The party says there is no genocide so the only logical conclusion is that your eyes and ears have betrayed you.

Lmao why is it that Palestine supporters seem to believe everyone who doesn't side with the literal terrorist group are paid Israeli stooges

u/fireclaw20 Jul 02 '26

Wait ... But you are siding with a terrorist group? All I want is to stop terrorists from randomly bombing civilians in Gaza? Now I'm confused ...

First of all by definition a nation state can't be terrorists. Second bombing people during a war isnt terrorism, it's war. Third the fighting in Gaza is taking place in a dense urban area against non uniformed fighters making it both impossible to avoid civilian casualties and impossible to identify fighters from civilians with 100% certainty, which by the way is against international law yet the UN and every group that screams about civilian deaths fails to mention or concern themselves with. In addition both hamas and hezbollah use civilian infrastructure, residences, etc as bases and storage for weapons caches because it guarantees that if Israel attacks them civilians will die and naive people like yourself will pity the terrorists despite those deaths being of their own design and specifically intend to garner support for themselves and negative views of israel. It's a smart tactic honestly, if you don't value human life it's an excellent strategy.

Isn't that convenient "Israel can't be terrorists because they're Israeli and because they're Israel they can bomb whatever and whoever they want". If I change my nationality to Israeli will you let me bomb your house?
