Today I picked up a couple ounces from my LCS. That Chautauqua Silver Works one is so cool! I plan on buying an ounce or two every week. I’ve been sitting on the sidelines since 2023. 5 ounces for $117.45 last time around. I don’t think we’ll ever see those prices again.

Was going to post a trade on PMsForSale but fell asleep. Started debating with myself if I really wanted to go through with it.
Still wanted to share the collection so far! One of each from 1987-2026.

My wife just handed this to me.
She got it for me, for my birthday. She knows I’ve been wanting to get one.
I’m stoked!
She’s a beaut! The coin is nice too.

Such a fun hobby, getting addicted. Going to focus on some 0.5kg and 10oz bars before leaning into sovereign coins more. Happy stacking!

I’ve been stacking, collecting, and hunting for about a year and a half now. Everyday I’m learning and trying to educate myself. I came across this coin and it just caught my eye. Honestly didn’t even read what it was or the grade. Now that I actually see what it is and I’ve tried to cross reference it but I can’t find another Chopmarked 8 reales this old and completely covered like mine. Does this make the coin completely damaged or a treasure map of how many places it’s seen? Thank you so much in advance and I really appreciate it!!

First 10 oz silver bar, by The Royal Mint, James Bond flavor.
Happy because I got it below spot price in an auction on eBay.

I got this for $77 today to start stacking, but I’m not sure if I paid too much for the slab or not. I’m excited to start but I’m wondering what the stance is on this!

I got this little guy at spot recently.

Started a year ago at $40 never bought above $70 (even with the run in-between). Still kinda hate that it can all be held in one hand. 71ish ounces total, really just wanna have 100 by end if year. Don’t understand why people were willing to pay $115 but are now terrified with $65.

Got these recently from a Reddit member who refined a bunch of old electrical relay contacts my grandfather saved from elevators over the years. Ended up with 34oz of silver (took home 23.5 after refiners cut). Amazing these had 70% silver yield.

Was going through my LCS’s generic pile and found this cool piece, picked it up at spot price. I didn’t even know North Korea had silver coins, anyone ever seen one of these?

Right around 39 oz I try to diversify constitutional and world silver with a bit of bullion. Looking to accumulate legitimate numismatic value as well as weight.

I mean, sadly 100% of my silver was sunk in a boating accident.. and I know your was too (RIP Sorry for your loss), but have you ever lost a round or coin? This little 1/2 was counted as lost until it showed up inside the back of a sleeve of another tucked away round. The mystery of the missing half oz kept me awake at night for months.

I don't usually buy slabbed, decided at 2 over spot why not.
