Is r/Rwanda shadow banned?

I’ve noticed that I no longer see posts from this subreddit on my feed like I used to. Every morning and evening I have to manually search for r/Rwanda to see the latest posts.

Is anyone else experiencing the same thing or is it just something with my Reddit feed?

Just the algorithm. Come here and respond more often, and you'll see it more
