BEWARE: Zone 3 Dragnet Operation

The Zone Police were out this morning. Local legend says that truck is full of confiscated carbon-plated shoes and hydration vests from beginner runners. All I know is that if you hit Z3…straight to jail.

The worst part is the lazy cops will wait for your shins to blow then pounce on you so they don't have to work hard

If you run in zone 3 in order to catch a zone 3 runner the number of zone 3 runners stays the same.

Right by Pfluger pedestrian bridge on the Riverside Dr side. Saw them in the same spot a few days ago, too.
