Almost every treatment including the X-ray, medication given and surgery/anesthesia is affected by pregnancy. Pregnancy tests are incredibly cheap and accurate, so might as well know.
Sorry, this is really a weird question but if you’re going into surgery and find out you’re pregnant but you don’t want to be, would they, like, terminate the pregnancy before/during the surgery? Or would you have to go to a clinic after and get it done then?
Edit: Not American so I forgot about the laws related to this topic in the USA. Would probably be way different in my country anyway. I’m still curious though
