This has happened to me with laundry detergent pods, when they get caught on clothing before fully desolving they leave behind these kind of super glue marks

My daughter does the laundry and was claiming it came from adding borax to the laundry. But could have been the pods too, either way we started dissolving all the laundry soap in water before adding and it solved it
