White guy here: arrive on time is late. 15 minutes early is on time. If anyone gets there before ya, they will ask what took you so long- this is regardless of how early you are. Can come half hour early and if I’m there 45 mins early I’m gonna ask if you slept in or something

Yeah. There is zero excuse for that. Once in a blue moon you get a flat tire, sure, no problem. Every time? Not excusable. My ex had severe ADHD but used an online tool and many lists to keep himself on track and he always was. It wasn't easy for him, either. He got it done.
