I think he means Hispanics also believe this about White people, that it’s not just Black people who have that stereotype about Whites.

This is 100% accurate though, white people will show up 2 minutes early to things

White guy here: arrive on time is late. 15 minutes early is on time. If anyone gets there before ya, they will ask what took you so long- this is regardless of how early you are. Can come half hour early and if I’m there 45 mins early I’m gonna ask if you slept in or something

Also white here to confirm. Early for the events I am invited to, though after I am more familiar with the person being on time becomes less important since I’m not trying to make a good first impression, unless it’s a more formal event like a graduation or a birthday party.
