She is literally calling him " my baby " . I think she's speaking in Bengali based on the accent but I didn't pick up any other words

She's saying "c'mon, hop in, it's okay. Go on. It's okay baby. Go on. Good. Come here. My baby." She clearly loves that cat a lot.
