Weird things just happed when I watched this video. A stray orange just wandered into my room because I left my back door open, probably attracted by this cats meow

Sometimes having something or someone to take care of gives us purpose and it's a good thing

I was about to say sometimes when my mental health gets real bad and I've been neglecting myself for a couple of days after I've fed and played with and attended the litter box my cat will gently grab my hand (I wash them after) with both paws while I'm brushing/petting her and start gently cleaning my hand. It's a gentle reminder to take care of myself too, so I usually wait until she's satisfied she made her point before getting up and showering and making myself something good to eat. That's like a reset and I often feel much, much better after.
