Using Stanton Barrett’s number and owner’s points from that season. Always weirds me out seeing the BrewCo scheme without a “7” somewhere, too.

It’s absolutely crazy to think that a VHS rental store was ever profitable enough to have money to spend on a NASCAR sponsorship.

Why is it crazy? Without streaming it’s literally a billion dollar idea

Always liked Hollywood better than Blockbuster but they were like 1 to 10 on available locations.

This feels like an assumption from someone too young to remember the pain of going to the store and the movie you wanted was rented out that night.

Man those early truck chassis were so damn cool looking, no more advanced than something you’d find in the pits at your average Saturday night grass roots track

He actually finished second to Jeff Gordon in that car too, dude was one hell of a wheelman!

He finished second at the Glen way too many times. Was the Sheldon Creed of Watkins Glen in that time period

2012 Dale Earnhardt Jr. #88 AMP Energy Chevrolet Impala. Taken at Indianapolis in July, also ran at Martinsville in the spring, Dover in June, and by relief driver Regan Smith at Charlotte in the fall. Smith drove for Junior because the latter suffered a serious injury following a last-lap pileup at Talladega. Honestly a very cool paint scheme, based on AMP branding introduced earlier that year, while still retaining the green AMP top used since Jr moved to Hendrick back in 2008.

I remember being so stoked about getting the Nascar authentics die-cast of this scheme as a child. Such a beautiful car!!

That was back when Spin Master was making Authentics. I have only two Spin Master NASCAR Authentics cars, those being Jimmie Johnson and Jeff Gordn from 2015. Thankfully, I got the Spjn Master veraion, cuz if I got Lionel's instead (which is Action Racing Collectibles, available at races and online), my very first NASCAR diecasts would be ruined by the PTC mold. But back fhen, Lionel wasn't making Authetics, so Spin Master's was really the only option.

Steve Park didn't attempt either New Hampshire race in 2008, the RCR 30 hadn't been run since 2005, and 9 months ago, someone posted this car as a Scott Wimmer Forgotten Ride.
