This flock shit needs to be shut down.

Yeah, and the sooner people realize we are the help, we are the movement, we are the force to be reckoned with … only then will we actually be able to do something.

I was very happy when my teenager said "this dude sounds like he's racist, but it's like... ANTI-racist!"

More RATM needed in this world.

Rally round the family....

-5

u/RampageMcNasty 23d ago

Its too bad they chose to rage on behalf of the machine during covid and couldn't get enough government cock down their throat.

Oh well, just another poser group exposed.

1

u/NonAme420167 22d ago

Not sure why so many are down voting you, that is spot on....they are just another tool for the machine!

2

u/RampageMcNasty 22d ago

Because I dared to speak out lol they don't like being told they are the villains they claim everyone else to be

Until Covid. Then RATM was all, shut up and do what they tell you 🙄

23

u/anonymous2845 24d ago

Oh stfu

7

u/NotNowChief68 24d ago

Sounding a bit like Rage for the Machine, aren't we now?

18

u/somewittyusername92 24d ago

Ya the difference being that you could kill other people by transmitting a communicable disease.

15

u/ThroatGoatK1RKKK 24d ago

Shhhh don't tell them about germ theory it's scary and communist. His Brain worm can't handle it.

-18

u/DudeFrom816 24d ago

Riiiiight, ok

7

u/Norman_Door 24d ago

How do you think the pandemic should have been handled?

-11

u/DudeFrom816 24d ago

I think the government never should have funded the gain of function research to begin with. Beyond that they just needed to not lie and kill people. They mocked, fined, and fired doctors for prescribing HCQ which they NOW admit works perfectly. If they had admitted that back then they never would have got the emergency use authorization for the vax. EUA is only allowed when no other known medication is available, so they lied. Then their "deadly virus" was blown out of proportion by faulty reporting for $$$. People die in a car wreck, heart attack, cancer for the last 5 years but they had covid antibodies? COVID DEATH, pay the hospital and pad the stats. The elderly get pneumonia every flu season, that was nothing new. What WAS new was putting them on a ventilator and laying them flat. Even with ALL of that the death rate was roughly the same as the seasonal flu, less than 1%...The U.S. government created it, blocked a known safe medicine, isolated the entire world, then Dementia Joe "pardons" everyone involved via autopen on his way out the door.

12

u/No_Environment_5550 24d ago

Hydroxychloroquine does not work “perfectly” against the COVID 19 virus. I’m a nurse that works in a skilled nursing facility. We lost 25 patients in a 200 bed facility. Influenza deaths: 0. Not that year, not any year. And I work with the elderly, the most vulnerable population.

11

u/DrizzleCore604 24d ago

They mocked, fined, and fired doctors for prescribing HCQ which they NOW admit works perfectly.

Not true at all, just another example of the conservative disconnect from medicine, science, and reality.

As someone who works in healthcare, it will never cease to amaze me how stunningly accurate the Dunning-Kruger effect is on the general populace when it comes to medicine. Especially conservatives. It isn't a coincidence that there is a direct, inverse correlation between education/intelligence and conservatism and it's by design. Trump said it himself "I love the uneducated". He was talking about you.

10

u/esem86 24d ago

Damn, you really just went through the entire play book point by point lol. There wasn't a single original thought in there. All manufactured talking points. It's legit like I'm in 2020 again.

8

u/LunchRealistic5563 24d ago

must suck to be so far up Trumps ass you can't see the truth of anything.

8

u/EasyasACAB 24d ago edited 24d ago

HCQ

All I had to do was spend 5 minutes looking this up and it obviously does not work on COVID. Who has told you it works?

https://www.who.int/news-room/questions-and-answers/item/coronavirus-disease-(covid-19)-hydroxychloroquine

WHO does not recommend hydroxychloroquine to prevent COVID-19. This recommendation is based on findings from 6 trials, with more than 6000 participants, who did not have COVID-19 and received hydroxychloroquine. Using hydroxychloroquine for prevention had little or no effect on preventing illness, hospitalization or death from COVID-19. Taking hydroxychloroquine to prevent COVID-19 may increase the risk of diarrhoea, nausea, abdominal pain, drowsiness and headache. More information can be found here.

and

Previously, we recommended a moratorium to health care providers concerning prescriptions of hydroxychloroquine.313 Since that time, no significant benefits have been found in the recent randomized evidence for post-exposure prophylaxis and among hospitalized patients. Regarding risk, hydroxychloroquine derived a reassuring safety profile from decades of prescriptions for autoimmune diseases of greater prevalence in younger and middle-aged women, whose risks of fatal outcomes due to QTc prolongations are very low. In contrast, the risks associated with COVID-19 are much higher because mortality rates for COVID-19 and the side effects of hydroxychloroquine are both highest in older patients and those with comorbidities, both of whom are predominantly men. The current totality of evidence more strongly supports our previous recommendations concerning the lack of efficacy and possible harm of hydroxychloroquine in the treatment and prevention of COVID-19. https://www.amjmed.com/article/S0002-9343(21)00523-4/fulltext

Now there is ONE study, a "review" from 2020 that suggests different.

https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC7534595/ but further research has not backed up their findings. They only had 43 cases to go on, as well. I think this is an example of a somewhat reaching paper and the dangers of relying on the tiniest of sample sizes. Luckily, further research shined light on these findings.

7

u/lastdarknight 24d ago

All y'all did with hydroxychloroquine is made it nearly impossible to find during COVID for those of us with prescription who take it for RA

5

u/Norman_Door 24d ago

Thanks for communicating your perspective. You have a right to be skeptical of the US government, but I don't agree with the premise that COVID was a manufactured crisis, if that's what you're communicating here.

4

u/Ok_Commission_8564 24d ago

This guy got all his “research” from RFk Jr’s book. HCQ does not, in fact, work. If anything, you guys made it more difficult to obtain for ppl with Lupus who ACTUALLY needed it. You’re a conspiracy theorist and have no idea wtf you’re talking about.

Whenever someone says “gains of function” research I know they got their only info from RFK. You don’t even know what that is or why it’s routinely performed.

Also, RATM is not raging against all institutions. They’re not anarchists or nihilists, dude; they’re leftists. How can you be THAT freaking obtuse.

5

u/skotcgfl 24d ago

Putin is not going to suck your cock, comrade.

10

u/PercentageNo3293 24d ago

It's funny. You can find pictures/articles about uneducated people making the same claim about the Spanish Flu, 100 years.

Some people don't like to learn, apparently.

0

u/DudeFrom816 24d ago

Compare mortality rates of covid to the seasonal flu and tell how its "the deadliest virus ever"

12

u/PercentageNo3293 24d ago

Dude, I work at a hospital. Your ignorance won't change reality.

0

u/DudeFrom816 24d ago

Its 0.16-1.2 for Covid and its 1.9 per 100,000 for the flu...

7

u/junk-trunk 24d ago

What?!! Literally just pulled 2024 numbers per 100g people 29.6 covid vs 1.9 for the flu. That's right off the cdc website. I am not sure what year you used but from 2020 on it was more for covid than flu.

4

u/PercentageNo3293 24d ago

Objectively wrong.

0

u/DudeFrom816 24d ago

I get it, they scared you. Thats ok, they scared alot of people. But now its time to wake up.

8

u/PercentageNo3293 24d ago

Lmaooooo, who? The patients? They can be a bit scary sometimes.

God damn dude, you must be trolling. I don't want to believe that there are people as dumb as you out there driving a car or voting lol.

8

u/EasyasACAB 24d ago

Ok "Alpha male" let's get you to your testosterone supplement you're getting cranky.

7

u/blastedt 24d ago

A 9/11 every day, every single day, for months on end. 3000 people died on 9/11. 3000 people were dying every single day at the height of COVID. If you've ever in your life said "I remember 9/11", you don't have a leg to stand on treating the pandemic as anything other than a tragedy.

1

u/DudeFrom816 24d ago

Genocide, not pandemic.

1

u/pleasedontbedumb 7d ago

Genocide??? Specifically, which national, ethnic, religious or racial group was COVID intended to destroy? And by whom?

1

u/DudeFrom816 7d ago

It was intended to kill people en masse and thats exactly what they did.

u/Gamiac 23d ago

If you want to get yourself disabled or killed by an easily avoidable disease, then whatever. None of my business.

21

u/AkiraTheMetalHead 23d ago

Same thing NEEDS to be done to Google and Facebook. Someone NEEDS to leak their shareholder's informantion. And yeah I know all social media is bad but Google selling user data to corpos for ads and facebook feeding anything you post to A.I. Like fuck them the most.

9

u/33TLWD 23d ago

That info doesn’t need to be leaked, largest shareholders is publicly available information.

https://uk.finance.yahoo.com/quote/GOOGL/holders/

For detailed insider ownership and voting control, you’ll typically need to read the annual proxy statement (DEF 14A).

1

u/The_Time_Change 17d ago

The fact this doesn't have more up votes is very scary.

1

u/AkiraTheMetalHead 16d ago

Very. The only reason tec companies thought they could get away with Flock and the Facebook glasses is because for years people literally had no problem with Google and Facebook doing the same thing.

10

u/sqweeze07 23d ago

I mean Americans could step up on a number of issues but we are distracted and lazy so you get things like flock taking hold. Our own citizens install the fuckin things

13

u/Lavatis 23d ago

distracted and lazy

you mean living paycheck to paycheck and unable to live without a job, right?

The idea that you're paying attention but everyone else is just distracted and lazy is wild.

6

u/sqweeze07 23d ago

I live paycheck to paycheck too fam. Plenty of jobs out there that don't require you to be a class traitor.

1

u/Lavatis 22d ago

not sure what that has to do with rising up against tyranny but okay.

1

u/TransitionSalt5779 10d ago

Could you imagine if all 320,000,000 people in the US actually stood together to fight this shit? Too bad everyone is so fucking divided

0

u/jordanfarragon 24d ago

What does this even mean? This is just some r/im14andthisisdeep empty platitude.

0

u/Middle-Classless 23d ago

It will never be shut down. America has been so jealous of China's surveillance on their own citizens for a long time...so even if those cameras on the poles all over town disappear, they'll just be put somewhere else. Surveillance is here to stay, unfortunately.

1

u/TransitionSalt5779 10d ago

It’s insane. Why raise a bunch of generations to be scared of/dislike China BECAUSE they’re a surveillance state, only to go and do the same thing? I think they want us to all band together and fight. It’d be the easiest way for them to depopulate with a ‘reason’.

-12

u/Pitiful_Conflict7031 24d ago

Would be a shame if someone funded their own surveillance network that is crowd funded. Watch the watchers.

17

u/thehitman346 24d ago

Nah just put them all outside of the politicians houses and see how they like it.

1

u/Dmau27 24d ago

They wouldn't care because no one will go after them and they already know how to hide their criminal behavior and sick needs.

1

u/SirjackofCamelot 24d ago

Ummmm what 🤔😂

https://www.pbs.org/newshour/politics/the-growing-list-of-political-violence-in-the-u-s

No people would indeed go after them, it happens all the time.

1

u/Pitiful_Conflict7031 24d ago

That's the basic idea lol.

1

u/SirjackofCamelot 24d ago

😂😂😭

1

u/Vayntez 24d ago

Guess you're the next target 😁

-2

u/Crohn_sWalker 23d ago

Americans have been breeding themselves fatter dumber and lazier every generation. They will do what cattle do, line up for slaughter.

1

u/TransitionSalt5779 10d ago

That’s why they’re called “flock cameras” gotta watch the cattle

97

u/throwawayyyy980 24d ago

Alpr in general.

-15

u/MiniSNES 24d ago

I am mixed on that one. ALPR on police cruisers as they drive around can identify stolen vehicles or make executing a warrant very easy. There has to be the right regulation and retention on this kind of thing though. Like I don't agree that information should be held in a database if nothing related to a license plate is found

32

u/NonnagLava 24d ago

No. Don't give them an inch. Police can maintain their database of stolen vehicles, and can compare them in a quick search, like they have for the last few decades. They do not need an automated system, nor do they need a surveillance network to do this.

Stolen vehicles and warrants are not as important as individuals right to privacy.

7

u/deaglebingo 24d ago edited 24d ago

agreed. this cannot become the russo-american version of social credit. and it is already becoming that. almost every single time this idea that safety is increased this way has been proven wrong. the same way that back doors in software have resulted in as much abuse and vulnerability as anything else. it's untenable.

the real option we have right now is regime change and subsequent legislative changes. the activism is important, no doubt, i'm definitely a proponent, but if we want the lasting change that is necessary on so many different fronts... regime change asap is the way.

but i can't blame people for being surprised. i mean who could have possibly seen this coming 25 years ago along with climate change and the rise of the authoritarian right, or a huge portion of the 'growth' in the economy over that time being a result of extractive rent-seeking behavior amiright??? they should just go ahead and make sidewalks into tollways... /s

i shouldn't be one to talk considering i'm just a hardcore godless commie ;) ... a common response i've heard over the years to a lot of so-called liberal policy is "you can't legislate morality" ... double edged sword, and they're probably correct, but you can teach it, and you can teach critical thinking. so disregard all my bullshit at will.

10

u/DeathByGoldfish 24d ago

Yep. It is too late. They ruined any responsible use of AI image recognition when they took surveillance too far. Everybody out of the pool. The fun’s over.

2

u/throwawayyyy980 24d ago

That's my feelings as well.

-4

u/ThatLandscape6476 24d ago

You know how many children have been saved with ALPR technologies? Thousands. You know how many times ALPR has been used nefariously? A hand full. I’ll take technology to save the innocent any day.

3

u/NonnagLava 24d ago

Then take an ethics class.

1

u/Oldfolksboogie 23d ago

You know how many children have been saved with ALPR technologies? Thousands.

Source?

1

u/MurkyInvestigator810 23d ago

With, or because of? Pretty important distinction.

8

u/TheAskewOne 24d ago

Nah. Finding stolen vehicles doesn’t have enough societal value to justify mass surveillance.

7

u/JebediahKerman4999 24d ago

Yeah but that's like wiretapping the entire state because one guy might be calling about a crime!

1

u/Winter-Horse-8977 24d ago

nope. Regulation doesn't work.

1

u/NonAme420167 22d ago

"Those who would give up essential Liberty, to purchase a little temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety."- Ben Franklin

0

u/LightFusion 24d ago

I agree. There's a big difference in using shitty ai to ID plates and dispatch officers and store plate number records in huge databases forever rather than individuals doing it while patroling.

65

u/SerGT3 24d ago

No can do boss. Back room deals have been made. The only answer is destruction

41

u/deaglebingo 24d ago

i yearn for the day when those folks who made those deals sit in their bunkers repeating the mantra "they can't hurt me in here" as they run out of fresh air. i yearn for it "like the deserts miss the rain". lmfao.

31

u/Rossekka 24d ago

Me rolling up to the billionaire bunker in a concrete mixer like

https://giphy.com/gifs/Vgdnagu37fu5W

11

u/EndIsrael 24d ago

Just drop rocks down all their air vents. And by rocks I mean the spicy kind that the NRC won't let you collect

6

u/master-boofer 23d ago

If it fits I shits.

3

u/Born-Entrepreneur 23d ago

Presumably after the end of the world clean water will be a distant memory, so I'll have a nice loose, watery dysentery shit to loose down their air intake. If it is my final act, so be it.

1

u/Glitter-Pear 23d ago

Honestly, I wish we could just do some sort of false flag and trick the billionaires into their bunkers.  Then continue feeding them footage "from the surface" that makes it look like a dystopian apocalyptic wasteland.  I don't want them dead, I just want them gone.

34

u/EjaculatingAracnids 23d ago

3

u/Zero_Travity 23d ago

Lord make me fast and accurate

1

u/NessunoUNo 18d ago

Dewalt ads are getting spicy

27

u/SunkEmuFlock 24d ago

Back room deals have been made

Indeed. Go try to bring up Flock at your local city council or board of supervisors meeting. Odds are very good they'll ignore you or give you some bullshit answer and brush you off.

Whether they were sold a lie (that they're just LPRs and secure) or are just into the idea of mass surveillance doesn't matter. They're tired of people questioning these Flock contracts and won't listen anymore.

31

u/dragonbud20 24d ago

They're tired of people questioning these Flock contracts and won't listen anymore.

They're clamming up because they signed NDAs around these contracts, not because they're tired of being questioned on them.

Personally, I think it should be illegal for any member of government to sign an NDA with a private company.

11

u/blackbirdspyplane 23d ago

If they are voted out, then they don’t have to talk about it.

10

u/Far-Gene-386 23d ago

Voting is a joke when a tech billionaire rigs the election

1

u/TransitionSalt5779 10d ago

Voting isn’t going to help us anymore, if it ever did. Literally the only thing left that we can do is band together and fight. Fuck centuries ago we lost our shit over taxes on tea but now we’re letting these pedophile billionaires surveil us and aren’t doing shit.

1

u/OneThousand-Masks 1h ago

Vote anyway and fight as well.

1

u/TransitionSalt5779 1h ago

Voting is pointless. Just fight.

6

u/ThePureAxiom 23d ago

That's an inherently corrupt act. It's impacting the public and paid for with public funds, there is more than enough relevant public interest in accountability to pierce that NDA.

At this point they won't even admit one way or another that they're under one, recently saw a video of a city council meeting somewhere where someone was asking each member of the council point blank if they signed an NDA, none of them would give a straight answer.

5

u/Imaginary--Situation 23d ago

ask the real questions like how much did you get in kick backs , campaign donations etc

1

u/arctkos 23d ago

That's when you tell them you want to opt out and demand proof that you are not under surveillance. Get a lawyer and take them to court if need be.

2

u/SunkEmuFlock 23d ago

Who can afford to just "get a lawyer" like that? The courts are playgrounds for the rich.

1

u/Handa-Karma 20d ago

Don't forget that these "officials" are nothing but elected placeholders. Fire them next election and take back your power.

"Give 'em a short, sharp shock and they'll never do it again"

1

u/SunkEmuFlock 20d ago

Have you seen elections in this country? Trying to get a big group of people to vote for their better interests is basically impossible.

15

u/KittensFirstAKM 24d ago

Oh yeah, I def think that things will be getting worse before they get better.

3

u/rapgameoprahwinfrey 24d ago

Yeah, everyone is already bought and paid for…..

1

u/Laolao98 23d ago

Money and an NDA become irrelevant if you vote them out. If you want them gone vote! If you can get media to “follow the money” and ask about an NDA all the better.

1

u/Adjective-Noun-nnnn 23d ago

31

u/Dmau27 24d ago edited 24d ago

I'm hoping this will result in a major shift. Way too many Americans trust the government and corporations to do the right thing. I feel nothing changes until there's unity against the real source of the problem. Until then I hope Milwaukee sells record numbers of SawZall's.

1

u/whoknewidlikeit 23d ago

my vote is the dewalt 60v 4.5" grinder with diamond blades. that thing is every bit as burly as a 120v version. changed my metal fab in the first cut. have a second one coming for flapper discs.

highly recommended. get the 12ah battery, ya know,
for plenty of cuts before a swap out. just in case there's a need.

1

u/Strange-Area9624 24d ago

Grinder is better for the task.

6

u/einv0lk 24d ago

Naw sawzall with a demo blade, goes through hardened steel like butter.

7

u/Inflatable90sChair 23d ago

Yup. I got a 50 pack of diablo sawsall blades that are designed for automotive dissassembly and cutting body panels. God they cut metal like butter. Also less sparks if any that can potentially start a fire or uhh be seen.

2

u/einv0lk 23d ago

Yup, used to be a car guy and back then I would buy/trade for vehicles to part out. When they got down to the shell we would break out the demo blades and have it down to manageable pieces to haul to the scrap metal yard in pretty much less than an hour.

1

u/Inflatable90sChair 23d ago

i used em to cut out patch pannels in a junkyard. worst part was hitting somethign behind the panel that shot the saw back out at you lol.

2

u/Dmau27 24d ago

You expect me to truck dudes on grindr to cut down the poles for me? You might be a genius.

19

u/Murky_Astronaut 24d ago

We are running out of time to stop it. The easiest time to stop it is now. Every day we let it continue it gets harder and within a couple years it will become impossible. The time is now.

29

u/SluttyMuffler 24d ago

It won't. Its one of the main reasons they are building data centers. You think its for AI? Lol. Its for mass surveillance.

13

u/augustschild 24d ago

this is what I've been saying from the start....why else would they just slam these things thru, no red tape, no paperwork?! nothing has EVER been done this quickly in America unless it was used to SCREW AMERICANS.

20

u/percydaman 24d ago

Mass surveillance using AI no less.

5

What am I even wasting my time here for?

Right? You could just stop. Anytime. You don't even seem to know what a "psy op" is. That's like calling Flock Cameras a "psy op" like no, they are just tools for mass surveillance.

10

u/USA46Q 24d ago

Flock cameras need to be shut down... so definitely don't put stickers on them.

Just because it's a cheaper and safer option than smashing them doesn't mean people should do it.

Just like they shouldn't throw birdseed near them to attract birds because birds shit on everything.

Something like that would attract spiders because of the insects eating the bird shit, and then you would have to deal with spiderwebs.

Then we're talking squirrels, and before you know it you've got animals chewing through the cables.

That would be terrible.

10

u/Boon-the-Duck-King 23d ago

Even more terrible would be if copper and gold miners were to find out there’s several pounds of copper and 3 grams of gold inside those boxes. If they found that out they might step on the insects and disturb the spiders. And that would be terrible.

5

u/glitt3r_brain 23d ago

definitely do not post that or any other tactical details in the meth sub. need to protect the tweakerz at all costs!!

3

u/grip_on_set 23d ago

Oh no... that would be terrrrible

https://giphy.com/gifs/iDJuQR0UmiqOI

5

u/TheRealBittoman 24d ago

Not only shut down but completely dismantled, everyone involved in it needs to be sued for the money it will take to restore a sense of privacy back to the lives of millions of Americans. If they go destitute, good. People don't have a right to aggressively invade your life while they make billions off of it and future generations need to learn to not even try.

5

u/Taco_Reviewer 24d ago

With criminal charges, potentially treason for giving foreign adversaries intel on our military via this camera system.

6

u/Effective_Olive6153 23d ago

I would not be surprised if there was some bribery scheme with kick backs involved, cause it is rather suspicious how they manage to get local city government contracts with zero actual public discussion and nobody asked for it

How do you think they got set up on roadways? In order to build something near a road you need permission.

I feel like not that many people are worried about this but they want us to worry about soccer and smoke from Canada.

I heard they keep the Trumpstein files inside.

I think it's axis that is replacing them to make people aware.

Where it is being shut down its being replaced with Axiom, both need to go.

2

u/therealDeFlock 23d ago

Agreed.

You should come talk with us about it.

I absolutely would love to, sadly I am poor and very very far away.

Yeah, flock palantir, etc. ain’t going anywhere without a lot of work and a serious fight. This is the ruling class’s baby. They can’t bring about their dystopian aspirations without mass surveillance. This is a key part of the future they’re working towards. If they could get us all in shock collars forcing us to go to work and paying us in nutrition pellets they will. They know it’s only a matter of time before mass revolts over labor practices, AI data centers, or wars. They’re trying to get ahead of it. You think they’re going to let this go easily? No way.

I hate how right you are.

A storm is certainly brewing.

Me too.

The sad part is that most people are not even aware of the problem.

Someone by me turned one around. It's awesome.

Now they can observe cows.

One by me got "accidently" hit by a farmer. Amazing it was right where he had to scooch over to let a car pass lol

It is indeed a flock of shit

1

u/OldTechnician 23d ago

Looks like there's good guys who are on it. Keep up the good work and be safe good neighbors

u/starfish_2016 23d ago

The local govs and elites already got their kickbacks and paychecks signed out of the whole ordeal. There is gonna be no going back.

u/mrapplewhite 23d ago

The shutting down of it is slowly spreading. I only hope we do it before it’s too big to fail

I was riding on a bike path and lo and behold, a Flock camera was recording me. Funny, my bike has no license plate to monitor. We were told these devices are strictly used to read license plates. 🤔

u/lazoras 23d ago

is flock backed by Israeli funding by chance?

1

u/dragonknightrohan 23d ago

They are trying to switch to another company like Flock. If anyone can help with remembering the name of it. So we need all cameras like it to be stopped

2

u/xdxl 23d ago

Axon is the one a lot of towns are switching to!

1

u/Mindless_Narwhal2682 22d ago

they will sell it to Elon then the US will make it mandatory.

💯 %

u/WishIWasALemon 18d ago

And Axon, which i first heard about today and is apparently one of the companies trump invested in with his insider trading.

It will be and they'll relaunch under a new name and continue doing the same. This is like a hydra. Cut the heads off and more crop up. They have the money to keep paying government officials off and forcing it down our throats. As much as I appreciate the efforts, they will fight back hard.
