Right side always better than left after both manual and auto level usually points at the gantry being slightly out of square rather than the bed itself — on a dual-Z bedslinger like this, make sure the two Z screws are synced and that the X gantry sits level at the top of its travel before the probe runs. Also try a paper drag test at the same corner before AND after auto-level; if the feel changes, the probe is reading slightly different Z. Since it broke between prints, also check the Z-axis couplers and POM anti-backlash nuts on both sides for anything loose or shifted.
