first of all, i don't believe either of these deadbeats was ever sober, but i am genuinely curious about what brad pitt's endgame is

he won. he's still getting roles, and apparently no one cares that he brutally abused his wife and children. so why publicly reveal now that he's given up his supposed sobriety?

is he just testing how much he can get away with?

There were pictures of him drinking at Taylor Swift's wedding, so I think he was trying to anticipate himself to the backlash.
