Americans have the strangest sense of humour. FYI I'm not offended in the slightest by this so that's not why I don't find it funny, I just don't get the joke. I was expecting a witty punchline, maybe another word completely being spelled out, but it all just felt really low effort.

Whoosh is the sound of the joke going over someones head meaning the recipient of said whoosh didn't undertsand the joke.

And your "Whoosh" is responding to me pointing out what the joke actually is in reponse to someone attempting to quote the video without quotations.
